NEW: Meditation 101 classes at Swedish Medical Center in Issaquah. Open to ALL - staff, patients, and community! Located on the main floor in the Flex Space. WEEKLY: Wednesdays at noon (30 minutes). MONTHLY: The third Monday of every month from 7:00PM-8:00PM.

ENERGY/CHAKRA BALANCING:
The essence of Energy Medicine is balancing the 'energy work horses', called chakras. This is a basic Energy Work session and is customized to meet the client's needs.
GUIDED MEDITATION:
Learn how to focus your attention while meditating to obtain your goals, find peace and clarity, manage stress and anxiety or whatever you 'set your mind' to.
INTUITIVE GUIDANCE:
Learn how to listen to your body and respond accordingly. Ruth walks the client through exercises to help them know they are receiving information and how to use it.
DISTANCE HEALING:
An Energy / Chakra Balancing session over the phone. Rates are the same as an in-office session and includes a phone call in advance so that Ruth can review the session and explain how the client should prepare.
VOLUNTEERING:
Ruth offers up to 10 hours per month volunteering with various organizations such as Hospice, physicians, and hospitals.

The first visit is typically 1.5 hours. Follow-up sessions are usually one hour, but can be 30 minutes depending on the service requested
