Cultivating Wellness . . . From the Inside Out

The mission at Seattle Energy Medicine is to help you help yourself by showing you how to recognize your innate strengths and abilities and then putting them to work to bring greater health to every aspect of your being—mind, body, and spirit—as you cultivate wellness, inside and out.

“True healing is removing the ignorance covering the splendor of our soul which is our True Self.” —Yogiraj Siddhanath

What is wellness and how is it cultivated? Wellness, as defined by Merriam-Webster dictionary, is “the quality or state of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal (lifestyles that promote wellness).”

To cultivate something means to tend to it. Just like a farmer tends to his crops or a mother tends to her newborn, we each must tend to our personal needs in order to grow, thrive, and be well. To achieve wellness, we must each be willing to take personal responsibility of every area of our lives.

Taking responsibility means to “be the change” you wish to see in the world. It means to stop blaming others when your world isn’t delivering the results you desire. It means to draw on your innate strengths and wisdom —your resilience—to overcome adversity, to create a lifestyle that ensures lasting health and balance, and to remember to celebrate your True Self.

As your Wellness Coach, I will help you identify your natural gifts and talents. I will challenge you to actively seek goals to bring these talents alive! Because, in the words of Howard Thurman, “. . . what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

My book, The Eight Aspects of God: A Pathway to Bliss, a Finalist in the National Indie Excellence Book Awards, is a treatise on spiritual living encapsulated into a short and easy-to-read volume. Each sentence is full of wisdom and practical information you can apply to your life today, right this second.

In the book, I explain how your energy is affected when you’re not living in alignment with the eight aspects introduced in this book. Any issue that shows up physically, mentally, or in relationship can be traced back to an energy center and ultimately a missing aspect in your life.

The Eight Aspects of God offers an authentic and effective strategy for intuitive self-healing while at the same time exploring a new course toward spiritual and personal development.
